PRIVATE AND GROUP INTEGRATED NUTRITION  COOKING  CLASSES. LEARN THE IMPORTANCE OF MACROS  IN YOUR EVERYDAY DIET (FATS, PROTEINS & CARBOHYDRATES) & HOW TO READ NUTRITION LABELS $150 per hour.

SESSIONS ARE PROVIDED in person at the individuals home, fusion fitness space (299 Cromwell Ave.) and shared spaces such as a public park, beach, community center, gym or online virtually.
