INTEGRATED FITNESS & NUTRITION CLASSES AVAILABLE @ THE BRIELLE
Olyimpic Fit home of the Triumph Program is now offering integrated fitness and nutrition classes at the BRIELLE AT SEAVIEW COMMUNITY CENTER. Small class sizes (6-8 people max) $175 per month. Medicaid waiver recipients and self-directed families are welcome. The class will follow OLYIMPIC FIT'S method of training with an additional focus on team building, partner interactive exercises, turn taking and socialization. We welcome ALL INDIVIDUALS, REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY. Friend requests for individuals to train together are welcome!
